ProspectLens (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) provides an AI-powered prospect research and outreach service for business users. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and application.
Information we collect
Account data: name, email, organization name, and credentials you provide at registration.
Campaign & business data: services you offer, research instructions, company domains, prospect records, and outreach content you create or generate.
Integration data: if you connect Google Workspace, we store encrypted OAuth tokens to send email on your behalf. We do not sell your integration credentials.
Usage data: activity logs, job queue events, and analytics needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
- Provide autonomous research, opportunity matching, and email drafting
- Send emails you explicitly approve through your connected account
- Maintain AI memory and activity timelines within your organization
- Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
Third-party services
We use third parties such as OpenAI (AI processing), Google (email sending), and cloud hosting providers. Data shared with these services is limited to what is necessary to perform the requested function. Review their policies for details.
Data retention & security
Organization data is retained while your account is active. Secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is scoped by organization — users in one workspace cannot access another organization's data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting your organization administrator or our support team. Recipients can opt out via suppression lists maintained in the platform.
