Service description

ProspectLens provides tools for B2B prospect research, opportunity identification, and personalized email outreach. The platform is not intended for unsolicited bulk email or spam. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local regulations) and for obtaining appropriate consent where required.

Acceptable use

• Send only lawful, permission-based or legitimate business outreach
• Honor unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or distribute malware
• Do not attempt to bypass send limits, quality gates, or security controls
• Do not scrape or store personal data beyond your legitimate business purpose

Your content

You retain ownership of campaign instructions, prospect data, and emails you create. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service, including AI analysis and storage within your organization workspace.

AI-generated output

AI-generated research summaries, opportunities, and email drafts may contain errors. You must review content before sending. ProspectLens does not guarantee accuracy of AI output or delivery outcomes.

Availability & modifications

We may update features, pricing, or these Terms with reasonable notice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProspectLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or deliverability issues with third-party email providers.
